Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations:

• We ship only ship within the United States.

Shipping Times:

• Orders take an average of 3 business days to be delivered to you once shipped. We ship within an average of 1 business day of the order being placed. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. If an order is placed after 10AM, the order will ship the following business day,
• Shipping time will vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• All shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only. We make no guarantee of delivery dates, as this is affected by many external factors.
• All orders ship from our office in New Glarus, WI.

Shipping Cost:

• Orders over $35 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $35 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping.

Order Tracking:

Order Delivered But Not Received:

• If your order tracking states that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, we ask that you wait 2 business days before contacting us. 9/10 times your order will be delivered within those 2 days.
