Shipping Destinations:

• We ship only ship within the United States.

Shipping Times:

• Orders take an average of 3 business days to be delivered to you once shipped. We ship within an average of 1 business day of the order being placed. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. If an order is placed after 10am, the order will typically ship the following business day,
• Shipping times will vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.
• All shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only. We make no guarantee of delivery dates, as this is affected by many external factors.
• All orders ship from our office in New Glarus, WI.

Shipping Cost:

• Orders over $35 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $35 will be charged a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping.

Order Tracking:

• Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking information.

Order Delivered But Not Received:

• If your order tracking states that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, we ask that you wait 2 business days before contacting us. Often orders are delivered within those 2 days. If you have still not received your order, please send us an email at hello@ccbandanas.com

How do I return or exchange?

• Please email us at hello@ccbandanas and we will be happy to assist you! In your email please state if you would like to return the items for store credit or refund, which items you would like to return, and whether or not those items are still in their original packaging.  We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) code for your items.

What items are returnable? 

• All items are eligible for store credit or refund of original payment method, if request is submitted within 30 days of delivery date, with the exception of non-refundable items.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale discounted items (if applicable)

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

• Mail your items back to Canine Compassion Bandanas, PO Box 52, New Glarus, WI 53574.  Please be sure to include the RA number associated with your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email within 2 business days regarding the status of your refund.

Where are you based?

• We are proud to be based in New Glarus, WI. All of our inventory is warehoused in New Glarus, WI. All of our staff, including customer support, are located within the United States.

Where are your bandanas made?

• Our dog bandanas are all ethically made overseas. We have partnered with a factory in China that has been thoroughly audited by the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA). SMETA assesses suppliers in the areas of Sedex's four pillars: Labor, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics.

How do you support the ASPCA?

• We are proud to be an Official Business Ambassador of the ASPCA! We use an app called Pledgeling to automatically send 10% of all sales to the ASPCA. Thank you for joining us in helping animals in need!
