Bear loves his new bandana and representing his new home state. He's excited to wear it on adventures, and really anywhere besides just the dog park and on walks where he's worn it so far. He doesn't try to take it off or mess with it, he really seems to like it. It got here fast, it's a great material and durable, and I'll be ordering him more soon!

The bandana was cute and good quality which is why it is so disappointing that my first experience as a customer has resulted in being a one-time customer only. The customer service was unsatisfactory. I placed an order for 3 bandanas all going to separate places. I paid for 3 day shipping for each of these bandanas and when I received a confirmation email that the items had been shipped, none of the items were estimated to arrive at the destination in 3 days. The first one got there 6 days after it was shipped, one of them 7 days and one of them 8 days. When I contacted customer service to ask if they could refund me some of the money as the 3 day shipping I paid for was not what I got. They told me that they "cannot control if usps does not pick up or deliver mail on certain days" Charging customers for 3 day delivery and then not taking responsibility when that doesn't happens shows they are more interested in making money off of shipping and could care less about making good on what they are charging their customers.

Nemo loves his scarfs the Colorado one is a bit stiff but I’m sure it’ll get more relaxed with time.
